Impact of Organizational Justice on the Employees performance. A case of banking sector of KPK
Abstract
The study aims to investigate the impact of organizational justice on the employees’ performance of commercial banks. The study collected data of 200 employees of commercial banks from the KP region and regression was used to analyze the effect of organizational justice on employee performance. The results reported that procedural justice has a positive significant effect on the employee performance. The results also reported that distributive justice has a positive significant effect on employees' performance. The outcome suggested that interactional justice has a positive significant effect on employees’ performance. All the outcomes revealed that organizational justice prevails in the banking sector of KP.The findings are beneficial for policymakers in banking sector of pakistan.
