This is the story of a simple common man Chaudhary Muhammad Tahir, chairman of Punjab Cash & Carry (PCC), of how in 1994 he started off by selling rice standing on the roadside in Islamabad. Of his vision to create a retail brand that catered to the demands of the customers under one roof. Of how PCC started and has been growing ever since even though they face challenges every day.
