Impact of Teacher’s Training and Development on Children Performance in Lower Primary: A Survey in the Beacon House School Nowshera Campus
This paper explores the impact of teacher training and development on children's performance in lower primary education. The study aimed to investigate whether teacher training has a significant effect on student performance in lower primary levels. The study collected data from a sample of lower primary schools in a selected district. The results showed that teacher training has a significant effect on student performance in lower primary levels. The study concludes that investing in teacher training and development programs can improve student outcomes and prepare them for future academic success.Educational institutions should invest in comprehensive teacher training programs that equip teachers with the necessary knowledge and skills to create effective learning environments.
